Leta's Flashback & Professor McGonagall Cameo
This is the sequence that made me hate Lyra. What selfishness, what immaturity, what superficiality, it's just the whim of a traumatized child. She's ready to give up her youth, and a being she can only see when she's alive, just to beg forgiveness from a dead man, instead of accepting reality like everyone else. When, in any case, she would have had the chance to see Roger again on the day of her own death. But no, an exception has to be made for her, and as she's special, obviously there won't be any real credible consequences in the end, I'm sure. It's a choice that will forever taint her bond with Pan, her own soul. It's sad, but I'd really have liked to see him disappear before Lyra's helpless eyes, at that precise moment, to make her understand the weight of her act. Because it's too easy. And Will, for his part, abandons his mother.
Me siento como Ikaris. 🥺😔 Siento un vacío inmenso en mi alma..
The scriptures tell use that Satan appears as an angel of light.
Daphne has trouble playing deep emotions. That sobbing was good but That scream should have been better
Why does she do this?? And what are the consequences later in life?
Minerba was -7 yearrs old in 1927😂 Did she time teavel or something?
Wish they had portrayed it as more emotional pain rather than just physical pain. Pans whimper at the docks is the tone they should’ve followed.
Maravilhoso ❤❤❤❤❤ belíssimo ❤❤❤magnífico ❤❤❤❤
I love the soundtrack
team black people were are u lets see likes 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘🥰🥰🥰
This boy make's me cry everytime😢❤
Read the books when I was a kid. I see this scene, I cry again.
This is why this series didnt work and was too small and ultimately a failure. Why the fuck are you not showing this in a proper scene? Real animation? But no you had to make a kids movie
For sure he is an angel coming to warm our hearts...
people don't understand the social impact that this story brought to all of us, both the books and tv series changed the history of entertainment learn disney! LEARN!!!
Witches undergo through a similar process to stretch the bond between them and their daemons, so that they can be very far apart and still be okay. Though, It's probably done slower, in little steps, and both halves are consenting to this, so their bond remains as strong as before. Here Lyra's and Pantalaimon's bond isn't broken. It's just stretched and stretched, like witches. But unlike witches, they've done the stretching brutally, pretty fast, and neither were okay with It, so It felt traumatic, It felt like a betrayal, and It felt like a sacrifice. It's sad to think that, even though their bond wasn't severed, since they'd done It in such a horrendous way when they did find each other again they could never be the same as before. As If this trauma tampered their pure relationship, like they lost their innocence and trust in each others, while still loving each others. Lyra and Pantalaimon suffered an enormous loss to save the dead: their relationship. The purpose was worth It, but It still feels unfair, for how close and perfect they were before. One of the saddest moments I ever saw. I adore how much powerful this sacrifice looks and feels. And while I understand and emphatize with Lyra's motives, and consider her noble for going through this, I'm able to forgive her for what she did to Pan. But my boyfriend, for instance, still doesn't feel able to forgive her for what she choose to do. He understands that It was important and that only her could do It, but still feels that It was cruel how she did It. I wonder If Pan felt the same way.
Absolutely out of this world.
In an absence of gods power we see angels promote false power
If Dumbledore is in this why wouldnt McGonagall be legit lmao
😂😂😂😂😂total bull
Movie name?
Fantastic beats are boring af
It's even funnier when McGonagall zips that girl's mouth back after she undoes Leta's spell
Falen angels never stop to lie to change the narrative to there side and deceive mankind , and ask there puppets human to make shows to try to program it in our minds by tv shows, there time is at the end.
Wow amazing what God can do.
Perfect
This brought a lump to my throat, unbelievable young man. You will have a long future with a voice like this 👏👏
69k views.. But, jokes aside, this intro really is stunning in all ways possible. Way better than the other ones.
i have this saved on my playlist and love just playing it on repeat Edit: has anyone noticed that Pan looks over his shoulder before going out of shot
I actively avoided watching this scene for so long just because of how painful this part was in the book, especially when you see what that separation does to Pan and Lyra's relationship in The Secret Commonwealth. I had such a deep visceral reaction to heir split in the book and it hurt watching it here too.
IT IS GOD IS DISGUISE SINGING US A LULLABY... ❤
The story below is not an isolated case. Today in the Daily Mail there was an article about Roger Southern, 57, who was found deceased in his home on February 2. He was a member of the Staffordshire Regimental Association (SRA), Stafford branch. Members of the SRA rallied together to raise money to give Mr Southern a 'military-style' send off with standard bearers. The association reached out to the Stafford branches of the Royal British Legion and SSAFA Armed Forces charity for help but both refused to support the cause. It seems most charities today, including the RBL and the SRA, are more interested in taking public donations for the soul purpose of enriching the pockets of already wealthy CEOs. I am well connected and have heard many people promising they will no longer be supporting these charities and their greedy CEOs. I don't blame them. "My sister rang the British Legion for a flag party to attend the funeral of a lady who served in the Royal Artillery protecting London during WW2 (something she was very proud of, having written two books and made a film about her service, when she passed away in 2015, they hung up on her. She told me and I rang the Regimental Colonel of the Royal Artillery and explained to him. He was not surprised, but assured me and later phoned my sister that a full military funeral with an honour party from the Royal Artillery would be in attendance. He also assured us that the local British Legion would also be repesented. He was as I said not surprised the British Legion has a poor reputation unless they are being paid. My sister said he was a good as his word the Royal Artillery were magnificent the British Legion acted like they did not want to be there ".
Beautiful😊😊😊😊
LOVE THIS YOUNG MAN VOICE ANGELIC BEUTIFUL ❤ ❤❤
Its wonderful how the british people honour and Support the families who gave the ultimate sacrifice ❤

In that universe there were 2 Minerva McGonagalls. They are both auntie and niece. The one Minerva McGonagall from Fantastic Beasts is a paternal auntie of the other Minerva McGonagall from Harry Potter 1-7.

Absolutely Amazing 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
This could've just been another McGonagall, everyone just thinking about the famous one
This sequence is the essence of Chloe Zao. The cinematography, score and the emotion was just on point. Honestly it was a something "different" to see compared to other MCU finales.
Everyone talking about McGonagall teaching before she was born. Me: Why did they say vacation instead of holiday?
Why is it that whenever there came to you a messenger with a message which did not suit your desires, you became so arrogant that some you called impostors and others you killed!
i wish they played i vow for thee my country
The BBC cut so much of the actual performances. Much more than is shown in TV. Ive been twice.

A voice that can bridge heaven and Earth. What a treasure to be performed in this most profound setting.
